Eagle Ridge offers an academically rigorous education that uses a time-tested, Classical, liberal arts curriculum.Eagle Ridge Academy is planning to expand its programming and will be opening a new Elementary in the fall of 2026. We are currently recruiting for fall 2026 for our new site (ERA Site #2) located in Brooklyn Park, MN.Start date by July 1, as early as FebruaryResponsibilities:Administrative SupportBe a warm, welcoming presence and greet all guests at the front deskEnsure phone calls are answered in a quick, warm manner, screen and direct calls as appropriateAssist with check-in, check-out, inquiries and deliveriesSchedule meetings as needed.Process student data, including attendance, update Infinite Campus. Send letters to families, etc.Assist in coordinating publications.Make copies of documents as needed.Support planning and execution of school eventsProject coordination as needed. Assist Principals in implementing new projects/procedures/processes as needed.Position is 1.0 Full-time, Days 179-186 (TBD)Pay Rate: Non-Exempt Salary Schedule, Level IV.
