Store Manager - Women's Luxury Swim & Resort Wear Label

Our client, a women's luxury swim & resort wear label, is seeking a Store Manager to lead the retail team at their new location in Orlando, FL! What You'll Do: Safely open and close the store, and manage daily operations. Ensure outstanding customer service and handle returns. Maintain store presentation and keep the stock room organized. Train and support team members. Provide daily feedback on performance. Use operational systems effectively. What We’re Looking For: MUST speak Spanish (non-negotiable) 2+ years of retail leadership experience at a high-end retailer. Must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Lead the team toward achieving sales objectives while maintaining a strong focus on performance and client experience.
