The role will also require collaboration with different departments to streamline processes and manage resources effectively.QualificationsProven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to provide an exceptional guest experience.Experience in Property Management and overseeing related operational tasks.Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to ensure fiscal responsibility.Strong leadership capabilities for Hiring and managing a team effectively.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.Prior experience in the hospitality or resort management industry is preferred.Relevant certifications or a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
