This is a TEMPORARY position.**General SummaryThe Product Development Manager - Temp is responsible for overseeing the seasonal product development process from the initial concept, working closely with design and manage the timely receipt of showroom samples, calendar management and brainstorming solutions on sampling concerns. This role connects all departments (design, sales, production and sourcing) to ensure deadlines are met. This position supports the Wholesale Legwear business.The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesManage PD AllocationInitial Development CostingSRS ManagerCalendar ManagementPrioritizing multiple departments for critical development deadlinesAble to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as neededPerform other duties and special projects as assigned Specific Job SkillsEssential duties include Manage product development timeline and receipt of SRS samplesEnsuring we have the right allocations for the productReview initial development costing while ensuring we meet our margin targetsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceAirtable or equivalent program experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong CommunicationCalendar DisciplineCosting, Solution OrientedExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000-$105,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
