If you have a keen eye for detail, love problem-solving, and want to be part of a collaborative team that makes a real impact, we'd love to have you on board!Position Responsibilities:Process, balance and distribute payrolls for assigned divisionsPrepare, verify, and process journal entries and related General Ledger account reconciliationsPrepare any required vouchers or wiresRecord taxable fringe benefits, process adjustment payrolls, and balance W-2'sServe as back-up for other payroll department team members when requiredPosition Requirements:Knowledge of accounting principles, record keeping and filing systemsProficient in Word and ExcelMinimum 2 years' experience with ADP Vantage payroll system preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must.Ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlinesAbility to handle information in a confidential manner requiredMust be professional and possess excellent customer service skillsAbility to work independently as well as a team environmentAssociated Wholesale Grocers, Inc.
