This role will focus on designing and optimizing end-to-end workflows for Gen AI-based content creation, from initial pitch through greenlight stages. The engineer will architect efficient, cost-effective pipelines that balance picture quality, audio fidelity, and creative output while maximizing operational efficiency for storytelling projects.**Duties and Responsibilities** **:**+ Design and implement efficient workflows for Gen AI-based content creation spanning pitch to greenlight phases+ Generate high-quality images, audio, and video content using generative AI prompting techniques and tools+ Generate content using web-based platforms, node-based workflows, LoRAs, and experimental techniques+ Research, develop, and implement Generative AI model integrations+ Maintain and understand a deep knowledge of the latest Generative AI production and development workflows+ Optimize production pipelines to balance picture quality, audio fidelity, and creative output with cost efficiency+ Develop workflow architectures that integrate multiple Gen AI tools (image, audio, and video generation platforms)+ Establish quality benchmarks and validation processes for AI-generated storytelling materials+ Analyze and optimize workflow performance metrics including processing time, resource utilization, and cost per asset+ Create documentation and standard operating procedures for Gen AI production workflows+ Collaborate with creative teams to understand storytelling requirements and translate them into technical workflow specifications+ Implement monitoring and analytics systems to track workflow efficiency and identify optimization opportunities+ Evaluate emerging Gen AI technologies and assess their integration potential into existing workflows+ Design scalable solutions that can accommodate varying project sizes and complexity levels+ Work within approved Gen AI tooling frameworks, ensuring compliance with MosAIc approval processes+ Conduct cost-benefit analyses to optimize resource allocation across different workflow stages+ Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in content creation pipelines+ Partner with Technical Artists and production teams to ensure seamless workflow execution**Wage Range** :The rate for this position is between **$39.38 - $52.50 per hour** , unless local minimum wage is higher.
