Timekeeping/Payroll Analyst (Onsite) - Full Time, Days (Culver City)

Position SummaryThe Operations Improvement Analyst identifies opportunities to enhance processes and analytics and will provide consultation to all facilities in the Assigned Region with specific focus on improving operational performance. Contributes to the Prospect reporting and analytics development along with the Director of Analytics. Conducts thorough analysis of data to create reports identifying operations trends in areas such as Staffing, Supplies, etc.Builds solid relationships with Operations Improvement leadership. Understands multifacetedPartners with internal and external stakeholders in key business areas related to OperationsImprovement to create technology solutions for workflow and reporting.Quickly identifies performance gaps based on current/future reporting capabilities and workswith facility leadership to define action plans and track ongoing process improvements andfinancial impact.Mines patient and healthcare provider data from multiple sources, including patient accountingdata, productivity reporting and cost accounting. Provides analytical insights to operationalimprovement team.Continuously monitors reports and dashboards and/or build out new innovative metrics to trackoperational performance.Assists facility level analysts in maintaining current reporting dashboards, while continuing tostrive for metric standardization across the organization.Southern Cali Hospital Culver CityRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, healthcare administration or Equivalent ExperienceOne (1) year of experience working in an analytical, reporting or healthcare settingAbility to read, write and communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workloadExperience with Cost Benefit AnalysisDemonstrated ability to analyze, extract, and identify data issues with large data setsAnalytic and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaborativelyMicrosoft Excel and other database management software experienceAbility to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasksPreferred Qualifications:Master's DegreeTableau experiencePay Rate: Min -$82,800 l Max $110,730Same Posting Description for Internal and External Candidates
