Job Description Job Title: Futures Client Services SpecialistReports to: Client Services Team LeadPosition type: ☒Full-time ☐ Part-timeHours/week: 40, 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday (must be willing to cover evening and night shift occasionally)Status: ☐Exempt ☒ Non-exemptWork location: Chicago, ILThe Futures Client Services Specialist will represent IRONBEAM, a CME Group Clearing Member and Futures Commission Merchant. The candidate will report directly to the firm’s Senior Management and will be responsible for the following as well as other duties as assigned:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assisting customers in a variety of issues.Risk management with futures and options trading, including executing trades.Executing orders for clients.Engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat.Assisting current customers on using our technology.Setting up customers with access to trading systems and troubleshooting trading software connection issues.Assisting with the firm's back office operations on an as-needed basis.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Commodities industry experience: 1 year minimumKnowledge of futures and options industry is a mustProficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office including Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of industry trading platforms and technology on the back end Strong communication skills and professional attitudeStrong analytical skillsAttention to detailAbility to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely mannerAbility to multitask and remain organized during busy periodsWillingness to learn and take directionMinimum of Bachelors degree in business related areaSeries 3 Registration is preferred
