Job Title: Legal Assistant - Personal InjuryJob Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90212Duration: FulltimeShift: Mon - Fri (08:30 AM – 5:30 PM)Company Description:We are a dynamic and fast-paced Personal Injury Law firm in Beverly Hills committed to securing justice for our clients.We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our pre-litigation team and assist with day-to-day case management.This position is ideal for a motivated professional with prior personal injury experience who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes pride in organization, accuracy, and client communication. Core Responsibilities:Assist in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through demandOpen insurance claims and communicate with insurance carriersRequest and track medical bills and medical recordsRequest documentation from insurance companies and third partiesScreen and route incoming calls appropriatelyRequest property damage estimates and supporting documentationCommunicate with clients regarding treatment status, pain updates, and case progressionAssist with drafting and preparing initial demand packagesMaintain accurate case documentation and organizationProvide general administrative and case support to the pre-litigation teamPerform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned to support evolving business needs Legal Assistant Requirements:Prior experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases (Required)Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)Typing speed of 45 WPM or higherStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitaskDetail-oriented and able to manage deadlines effectivelyProfessional demeanor and strong communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Work Environment:The office has a great working environment, but is fast-paced and expects a high level of professionalism.
