Business Development Manager - Preclinical CRO (Tox & IND-Enabling)

Metric Bio are proud to be partnered with a Global Preclinical & Discovery CRO, on the hunt for a Business Developer to strengthen their DACH & European team, with preferably someone who can converse in German.With established, high-quality facilities across Europe, Asia & North America, this position would involve owning & hunting European accounts, driving new partnerships and working closely with scientific teams to position complex capabilities into top tier Biotech & Pharma.Role at a glance:Drive new business generation and revenue growth across Toxicology, DMPK, and Bioanalytical servicesSource, develop, and close IND and NDA-enabling service deals with pharma and biotech clientsPartner with marketing and product teams to execute regional campaigns and product launchesManage full sales lifecycle – lead generation through to proposal, negotiation, and closeRequirements:Strong preference to German speaking candidatesMinimum 1-3YRS in Business Development and/or Sales within a CRO/CDMO environmentExpertise across Toxicology, DMPK, and Bioanalytical service offerings If you believe you could be a good fit for this position, or know someone who might -- apply above & let's connect!
