Business Development Manager — Europe | Life Sciences & Advanced ManufacturingMy client, an international engineering and life sciences group, is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to expand its client base across Europe, with a focus on the life sciences and advanced manufacturing sectors (CDMO/CRO services).This is a key commercial role focused on winning new business, building senior-level relationships, and delivering consultative, solution-based sales into complex, regulated environments.This role: Identify and close new business across pharma, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, genomics & electrical sectorsOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signatureBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders (R&D, procurement, operations, C-suite)Develop tailored, value-driven proposals and commercial solutionsRepresent the business at industry events and client meetingsWork closely with technical and operations teams to shape deliverable solutionsRequired experience 5+ years’ experience in BD/sales within CDMO, CRO, or life sciences manufacturingProven track record of winning new business in European marketsStrong consultative selling skills in complex technical environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDegree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related fieldWillingness to travel across EuropeSalary / packages Competitive salary + performance bonusOpportunity to shape European growth strategyFast-growing, entrepreneurial environmentExposure to innovative, global client baseStrong technical backing and collaborative cultureFor further details, please apply using the link.
