This role begins with a focus on order processing and coordination, while also providing opportunities to contribute to process improvements and operational support as you grow in the position. Why This Role Stands Out Exposure to multiple business functions Opportunity to contribute to process improvements Experience in a growing operational environment transitioning toward CRM/ERP systems Ability to build skills and expand responsibilities over time Work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams What You’ll Be Doing Order Management & Coordination Process and validate orders for accuracy and completeness Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment Communicate order status and resolve issues Customer & Sales Support Respond to customer and internal inquiries Support sales team needs and coordination Maintain reporting and tracking Process Improvement & Operational Support Identify opportunities to improve workflows Support development of processes and documentation Assist with tracking key performance metrics Contribute to improving data quality across systems What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in administrative, order management, or operations support roles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working across teams or departments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel CRM/ERP experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills What Will Set You Apart Interest in improving processes and workflows Ability to manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and organization Willingness to learn and grow within the role Work Environment This is a hands-on role within a small team. Processes are continuing to evolve, and the role requires adaptability and a willingness to take ownership of work. Work Environment & Schedule On-site Monday through Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexibility based on business needs Compensation $25–$29 per hour, based on experience Growth & Exposure This role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business and opportunities to take on additional responsibilities over time, particularly in process improvement and operational support.
