Proud of our commitment to top quality, SwapLoader USA stands by its tagline: "Hooked on Quality."About the Role The Sales & Operations Coordinator supports the quote-to-order process by ensuring accuracy, coordination, and strong communication across Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing.  This role begins with a focus on order processing and coordination, while also providing opportunities to contribute to process improvements and operational support as you grow in the position.  Why This Role Stands Out Exposure to multiple business functions   Opportunity to contribute to process improvements   Experience in a growing operational environment transitioning toward CRM/ERP systems   Ability to build skills and expand responsibilities over time   Work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams    What You’ll Be Doing Order Management & Coordination Process and validate orders for accuracy and completeness   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment   Communicate order status and resolve issues    Customer & Sales Support Respond to customer and internal inquiries   Support sales team needs and coordination   Maintain reporting and tracking    Process Improvement & Operational Support Identify opportunities to improve workflows   Support development of processes and documentation   Assist with tracking key performance metrics   Contribute to improving data quality across systems    What We’re Looking For  3–5+ years of experience in administrative, order management, or operations support roles   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills   Experience working across teams or departments   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel   CRM/ERP experience preferred   Strong communication and problem-solving skills    What Will Set You Apart  Interest in improving processes and workflows   Ability to manage multiple priorities   Strong attention to detail and organization   Willingness to learn and grow within the role    Work Environment  This is a hands-on role within a small team.
