Job DescriptionOverview:** Per Diem ** Seeking Ob/Gyn Hospitalists for our Spokane Washington Practice - Apply Today!Responsibilities:24 hour Inhouse ShiftQualifications:Must be Board CertifiedMinimum of 1 Year's ExperienceActive WA License or IMLC Eligible for CompactAble to Offer Ongoing AvailabilityBenefits and Compensation:Pay Range (Hourly Pay): $160/hrHealth Insurance: Pediatrix does not offer health insurance for team members in a Per Diem role.Per-diem is defined as team members who are scheduled as needed and not on a consistent basis.Other Benefits: Sick Pay Bank; Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Retirement Benefits: Pediatrix does not offer retirement benefits for team members in a Per Diem role.Paid Time Off: Pediatrix does not off paid time off for team members in a Per Diem role.Paid Sick Leave: Pediatrix provides paid sick leave to team members in Washinton under Initiative 1433. Team members who do not accrue PTO are eligible to receive Washington Paid Sick and Safe Leave PSSL time in a lump sum.Per Diem team members will accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked. Team members begin to accrue sick leave upon hire. However, they cannot use accrued sick leave until their 90th day of employment.
