Project Manager

09th March, 2026The Wilner Group has partnered with a growing commercial construction organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from contract award through completion. This individual will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.This position is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple stakeholders, and takes ownership of projects from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance to ensure projects remain on time and on budget.Lead coordination meetings with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and progress.Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships including contracts, payments, and performance.Partner closely with the Site Superintendent to ensure efficient field execution and safety compliance.Identify and manage change orders, cost impacts, and schedule adjustments.Provide consistent client communication and project updates throughout the construction process. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.Proven ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $500K - $10M.Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.Experience working collaboratively with preconstruction, estimating, and field teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position in Wilmington, NC with a salary range of $100K - $125K, depending on experience.
