Estimator - Commercial Construction

Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for construction projects. Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy in estimates. Research and evaluate material costs, labor, and equipment needs. Track and document changes to project scope and update estimates accordingly. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Present cost estimates and participate in client meetings to provide explanations as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines in all estimates. The Successful Applicant A successful Estimator should have: Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools. Strong understanding of construction processes and materials. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Effective communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
