In this leadership position, you will oversee project schedulers and ensure that program and project schedules align with performance goals.You will play a key role in reviewing contractor schedules, analyzing project impacts, and providing clear reporting to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise Project Schedulers to ensure project timelines are achievedReview and analyze CPM schedules for accuracy and contract complianceDevelop and maintain program and master schedules, including logic, milestones, and constraintsPerform QA/QC reviews of contractor baseline and update submissionsConduct Critical Path and Earned Value analysisComplete Time Impact Analyses for change orders affecting project timelinesLead schedule negotiations related to delay settlementsInterpret construction drawings to confirm scope and sequencingProvide written schedule review comments and executive-level reportsWalk construction sites to validate schedule progressCommunicate schedule updates in weekly and monthly status meetingsProvide bi-monthly program schedule updates to leadershipForecast staffing needs and recommend adjustments to executive staffAbout Our CompanyAt PMCS Group, Inc., we've built our reputation on over 70 years of combined industry experience and a team of 130+ professionals with deep expertise in construction, engineering, architecture, and inspection.
