Civil Construction Project Manager

We invest in long-term careers, leadership development, and meaningful work.Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced, results-driven Project Managers to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex heavy civil construction projects. This role works closely with executive leadership, superintendents, safety, and preconstruction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage heavy civil construction projects from award through closeoutLead and mentor project engineers, superintendents, and field staffOversee budgets, schedules (CPM), forecasting, and change managementCoordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulationsPrepare and present financial reports, cost projections, and project updatesSupport project closeout, documentation, and lessons learnedRequirementsMinimum 5 years of project leadership experience in constructionHeavy civil experience preferred (water/wastewater, infrastructure, utilities, dams, renewable energy, large-scale civil)Strong cost control, scheduling, and contract management skillsExperience managing multiple projects and teamsProficiency with construction management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project or similar)Willingness to travel to project sites across New England and Upstate NYBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience preferredBenefitsCompetitive salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramProfessional development and tuition reimbursementReferral programRelocation assistanceIf you are looking for autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to help grow a regional heavy civil contractor, we want to hear from you.Apply now or message us directly
