Role Description We are seeking a full-time UI/UX Designer and Framer Expert to join our team on-site in McLean, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces while enhancing user experience across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design wireframes, prototype interactive user flows, and implement designs. Additionally, leveraging your expertise in Framer, you will create high-fidelity prototypes and animations to communicate design concepts effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in UI and UX design principles, including wireframing, prototyping, and interactive designExperience with design tools such as Framer, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to translate user research and feedback into user-centered designsStrong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills with a keen eye for detailCollaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketersKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design best practices is a plusA portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects, with examples of high-fidelity Framer prototypesBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment
