Duration:10 Months Contract + Possible extensionTitle: UX Product Designer (Job ID- 1069)Location: McLean, VA (5 days - Onsite)Start Date: ASAPNo Visa restrictions, but looking for Banking finance domain background and also local for McLean, VAOverviewSeeking a pragmatic UX Product Designer to create intuitive enterprise web applications. You will partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable, accessible, component-based experiences using a user-centered, data-informed approach.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end design: flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure design feasibility and alignment.Apply accessibility best practices in all designs.Provide UX QA during development to ensure fidelity.Conduct lightweight usability reviews and iterate based on feedback.Contribute to and follow the Design System.Present design concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.Required Qualifications2–4+ years of Product/UX Design experience (fintech preferred).Strong proficiency in Figma/Justinmind or similar tools.Working knowledge of Angular, HTML, CSS, and Agile (Jira).Familiarity with LLM/Generative AI tools.Experience designing enterprise applications with component-based UI.Accessibility-focused design experience.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with strong prototyping abilities.Keys to SuccessProactive and confident.Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.Highly adaptable and eager to learn.Passion for prototyping and continuous improvement
