Title:Senior UI/UX DesignerDuration: Full Time - No sponsorship on offerLocation: Washington, DCSalary: 120K-130K per annum Roles and Responsibilities: At least 10 years of relevant work experience with bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field, or equivalent work experienceUsability Analyst certification desirableStrong interpersonal skills and a team playerExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalUnderstanding of the trade-offs between optimum user experience and technical, information security, and business constraints, and ability to propose appropriate compromisesExperience in user experience design for platforms or during platform implementation is an advantage.Envisioning the user experience for multiple enterprise applications with complex business needsExperience with Figma is importantConnecting dots and bringing a cohesive experience across deliverables produced in different project tracksManaging multiple projects from a UX perspective, being responsible for adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifactsBasic experience with other Prototyping tools, HTML/CSS & Photoshop is a plus
