Now Hiring: Clinical Research CoordinatorLooking to break intoclinical researchand make a real impact in healthcare? As a CRC I, you will support and perform clinical research activities under the guidance of senior coordinators (CRC II/III). You’ll have the opportunity to independently manage lower-complexity studies while contributing to high-enrolling trials.Full‑time | W2 | M-F 9am-5pm | On site, Philadelphia, PAWhat we’re looking for: •Interest in healthcare, science, or research (Psychiatric and neurological trials) • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum6 months of clinical research experience ( industry-sponsored trials preferred) • Comfortable in a patient-facing environment • Willingness to learn hands-on clinical tasks, • Basic understanding of clinical research principles is a plus.(training provided) •Willingnessto performphlebotomy and clinical procedures as trained.What you’ll do: • Supportclinical trial operationsat the site level(Psychiatric and neurological trials) • Work directly with patients during study visits • Coordinate low- to moderate-complexity clinical trials (scheduling, visits, daily operations) • Support high-enrolling screening trials as a secondary coordinator • Conductpatient visits per protoco l (e.g., v itals, ECGs, phlebotomy, specimen processing) • Maintain accurate study documentation in compliance with ALCOA+ standards • Assist withinvestigational product (IP) handlingand accountability • Communicate with participants to ensure engagement and compliance • Support sponsor communication, monitoring visits, and audit readiness • Assist withdata entry, query resolution, and study tracking metricsBenefits •401k, Insurance, PTO • Be part of work that contributes to developing new treatments If you’re interested or know someone who might be a great fit, feel free to reach out or send me a message!The IN groupis here to support you specifically with the recruitment and hiring process for job opportunities.
