Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Recruiter (Short-Term Assignment) Location: Fort Worth, TX - must be flexible to work at multiple venues as needed Schedule: Monday-Friday, 100% onsite Type: 3-4 month temporary assignment Pay: $25-$32/hr. This onsite role is perfect for someone with strong restaurant or hospitality recruiting experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage large-scale hiring efforts. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for hospitality roles across multiple venues Support high-volume hiring ramps tied to operational needs Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and execute recruiting strategies Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process Assist with onsite hiring events and recruiting initiatives Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within the ATS Requirements: Strong hospitality recruiting experience (restaurant recruiting highly preferred) Background in upscale, luxury, or high-end service environments a plus Experience managing high-volume hiring in fast-paced settings Familiarity with Paycom or ability to quickly learn new systems Hands-on, proactive approach with strong communication and organizational skills
