The OpportunityStellar Home Maintenance is interviewing experienced cleaning service providers who can prepare units for tenant move-in. We handle finding the work for you, scheduling, routing, billing, and invoicing. You handle completing the job and providing a great experience for the resident. We have openings for individuals with the tools/skills to work on any of the following: Deep cleaning and sanitizing of living areas and appliances Vacuuming and mopping of floor surfaces Trash removal Small repairs Ensuring property meets property manager expectations Requirements:Able to provide your own vehicle, cleaning supplies and equipment Able to pass background check Valid drivers license & auto insurance 3+ years experience preferred Company:No referral or lead fees associated with taking our work This is a 1099 contractor position We leverage our own app for assigning and completing work orders The Pay:The labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work Stellar collects a nominal marketplace fee for each completed work order Pay is by direct deposit on a NET7 or NET30 basis
