Tasting Room Part Time Hospitality Associate

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our tasting room team as Hospitality Associate. We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, outgoing Hospitality Associate to represent our brand, our wine, and our culture. The ideal candidate will provide spirited and exceptional Hospitality for our club members, guests, industry friends, and trade partners. They will also educate guests on the unique qualities of our wines, history, philanthropy, and culture. Duties: - Assist in tastings - Handle tasting groups with care and attention to detail - Provide top-notch customer service to guests - Support team with any help they need - Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless tasting experience Requirements: - Weekends Required for this position. - Assist with occasional events - Prior experience in hospitality, wine, or related field is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude - Ability to work well in a team environment - OLCC required - Food Handlers required - Familiar with Tock and Wine Direct Join our team and be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where your skills and dedication will be valued.
