Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ **Clinical Execution:** Delivering direct nursing care while strictly adhering to organizational protocols and physician orders.+ **Case Management:** Implementing, monitoring, and adjusting individualized patient care plans based on real-time assessments.+ **Interdisciplinary Coordination:** Serving as the central hub for all medical disciplines (doctors, therapists, specialists) to ensure unified patient treatment.+ **Strategic Discharge Planning:** Evaluating and organizing the resources and steps necessary for a patient's safe transition out of the facility.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
