Required Skills: Valid RN license issued by the Minnesota Board of NursingCertified as a Nurse Anesthetist by a recognized certifying bodyMinimum of 1 year of anesthesia experienceACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificationAbility to support the supervised model of anesthesia practiceExcellent clinical judgment and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment with a 4:1 care team modelNice to Have Skills: Experience working in a tertiary facilityFamiliarity with Epic EMR systemInterest in occasional overnight and weekend shiftsExperience supporting specialized procedures (note: CRNAs do not perform blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals)Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related fieldDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary teamAt least one year of recent anesthesia practice in a hospital settingOther Requirements: Must reside at least 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern HospitalImmunizations and health screenings as per hospital policyAbility to fulfill a 90-120 day credentialing processWillingness to support ongoing coverage needs, including two consecutive weeks per month for the first three monthsAvailability for scheduled shifts, including days, evenings, and occasional call (beeper and callback pay provided)Valid state and national certifications and licenses as requiredPause your current search and seize this opportunity to advance your anesthesia career with our reputable healthcare provider.
