Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, horticulture, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least 7 years of leadership experience in a relevant industry. The role requires a proven track record in managing multi-location operations, a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and enhancement services, and experience in leading operational teams to improve productivity and profitability.
