The VP must be tech and systems savvy, and highly skilled in financial acumen, data analysis, and driving metrics. The VP will be expected to improve operating margin through collaboration with team members and executive leadership, while ensuring tools and support are in place to meet objectives in the near and long-term. They must possess the ability to handle multiple priorities, and address present concerns while keeping an eye on future opportunities.What You'll Be DoingProvide operational oversight, including financial planning, personnel, company asset management/utilization, and collaboration with executive leadership to ensure overall profitability of the companyLead the assessment, plan development, and execution of a full-scale operations and customer support strategy; formulate and implement a strategic planProvide professional management and leadership to the company, including mentoring and developing key senior management members and instilling best practices from an operational and sales perspectiveAssess current SOPs, manage by exception, and identify key opportunities for improvement; work closely with the executive leadership team to address potential strategic, tactical, and operating issuesManage and report on key operational processes, financial budget, and performance indicatorsCollaborate with executive leadership to develop an annual business plan for inclusion in the company's overall business plan, and provide long-term business growth and expansion forecastingIn partnership with the Sales team, grow the business's top-line revenue by implementing, maintaining, and growing customer relationshipsRequirementsMinimum of 10 years of proven leadership experiencePrior experience in a director-level role or aboveExperience managing and developing both onsite and remote teamsA strategic thinker who can utilize their analytical and technological skills to quickly understand concepts/needs and effectively develop, execute, and manage programs, metrics, and solutionsProven track record of leading an organization through significant, profitable growth for a sustained period of timeStrong operational and financial acumen, and measurable success in developing, implementing, and executing on plansBachelor's degree requiredSteps to ApplyPlease fill out our short intake form and we'll review and be in touch when it's time for the next steps:https://www.cognitoforms.com/RLPGroup/RLPGroup2025OpeningsLinkedInJ-18808-Ljbffr
