Join our team!Requirements for Accounts Receivable Coordinator:Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) billing and collections requiredMust have completed Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and SCO Billing experienceUse of PointClickCare (PCC) preferredJob Duties for Accounts Receivable Coordinator:Directs processing of accounts receivable, adjustments/refunds, private and third-party agencies, census information, ancillaries, cash deposits, and posting as applicableCommunicates with all residents/responsible party upon admission and throughout the stay to explain financial obligations and paperworkManages/maintains Medicaid PendingManages all month end processes, which include triple check, completion of ancillary data entry, review and correction of edits and census reconciliationManages accounts receivable collections for all due resident accounts; ensures timely filing of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and Hospice claimsProvides written Past Due Report concerning resident accounts to the Administrator, prepares for and attends A/R review meetingsDocuments collection activities and prepares monthly cash projectionsRecommends and prepares accounts for outside collection agencies, attorneys, and write off as applicableCoordinates documentation for internal and external auditors. Assists Administrator and accounting dept. with resolving G/L variancesPrepares and deposits checks receivedManages Resident Trust Accounts in compliance with state regulationsPerforms other duties as requestedPoint Click Care experience a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook requiredHancock Park truly appreciates our dedicated employees who will welcome you to our extended family!INDHP
