Manager, Revenue Operations

Breezeway is hiring a Manager of Revenue Operations to be responsible for the systems and processes that power our go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success. This role reports to our CFO and is responsible for building scalable revenue operations foundations, improving funnel performance, and owning the data and reporting that provides the visibility and insights that our leadership team rely on to drive growth. This role owns revenue reporting, pipeline management, GTM analytics, and process design initiatives. They will partner with cross-functional leaders to improve GTM alignment and operational excellence, including conversion, retention, and expansion motions. What You’ll DoMaintain and optimize our end-to-end GTM processes, ensuring seamless handoffs between Marketing, Sales, Implementation and Customer Success from lead to sales to expansionOwn and optimize the GTM tech stack (Marketing automation, CRM, Sales outreach, CS tools), ensuring high data quality, strong integrations, and user adoptionProvide thought leadership and strategy cross-functionally to ensure accurate tracking and reporting on key Revenue drivers and performance metricsPartner with Sales and CS Leadership to support forecasting, territory alignment, and capacity planning through consistent operating cadences (e.g. weekly forecasts, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews, etc.)Serve as administrator to GTM tech stack and support onboarding and offboarding of employees and provide ongoing support and troubleshootingAnalyze data across the Sales and Marketing teams and provide valuable insights to management, stakeholders and team membersPartner with GTM leaders to diagnose bottlenecks and identify opportunities to increase win rates, shorten sales cycles, and improve expansion and renewal outcomesIn partnership with Marketing, Sales and Finance leadership, develop strategies and processes to accurately report on all steps of the GTM funnelSupport pricing and packaging decisions and new product or segment launches by providing data and measurement plansEstablish and enforce data governance standards and documentation for core GTM processes, metrics, and systemsIntroduce automation and leverage AI-enabled tools where appropriate to reduce manual work and improve GTM productivityPotential to manage a Revenue Operations team as the company scalesWho You AreAble to succeed in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic environment.Action-oriented and driven to execute on key objectives.Data-driven and analytical.Intellectually curious and a continuous learner.Adept at cross-functional collaboration.Committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB).What You'll Bring5–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations in a high-velocity SaaS environment (less than 20-day sales cycle length)Deep experience with HubSpot, including CRM and Marketing Automation functions.Relevant Hubspot certifications preferredExperience with GTM ToolsWe use Aircall, Intercom, Chilipiper, Arrows, Grain, Appcues, ZapierStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insightsExperience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teamsStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on building improving processes to drive efficiencyExperience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, and overall funnel performanceUnderstanding of core GTM metrics and how to measure and improve performance across the funnelStrong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights, recommendations, and updates to a range of stakeholdersExperience establishing or maintaining data quality and consistency across systemsExperience and interest in leveraging automation and AI to improve workflows and productivity
