This role is responsible for overseeing the full creative lifecycle—from concept development through execution—while ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across all channels.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong leader, and experienced creative professional who can inspire teams, drive compelling storytelling, and deliver engaging creative work that resonates with target audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & ExecutionLead the development of creative concepts and campaigns from ideation through executionEnsure all creative output aligns with brand identity, messaging, and business goalsOversee the planning and production of advertising, marketing, and digital contentTeam Leadership & ManagementLead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including designers, copywriters, photographers, and other creativesRecruit, develop, and manage creative talent, including team leads and managersFoster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing creative cultureCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing, product, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into creative strategiesPresent creative concepts, timelines, and budgets to stakeholders and leadership teamsAlign creative deliverables with broader company initiatives and goalsQuality & Brand OversightReview, critique, and approve creative work to ensure high-quality standards and brand consistencyMaintain a strong, cohesive brand voice across all channels and platformsProject & Budget ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and prioritizationOversee and manage the creative department budgetEstablish timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for creative initiativesInnovation & Market AwarenessStay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shiftsContinuously evolve creative strategies to maintain relevance and competitive advantageRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in a senior creative leadership role within advertising, marketing, or mediaStrong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple platformsProven leadership experience managing and developing creative teamsProficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
