If you are, then Jones Day may be the firm for you.Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Specialist supports strategic client development efforts and assists with BD&C projects to support lawyers through client-facing events, civic and charitable sponsorships, research and reporting, preparation for client meetings, and other activities that support client relationship expansion. The Specialist is expected to be both proactive and responsive to requests from global BD&C colleagues and lawyers in supporting these efforts.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.Two years of professional services experience required; law firm experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Jones Day offers competitive salaries and benefits to all employees. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience, and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors.
