The ideal candidate will have strong experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2, and will work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications4+ years of experience in Mainframe developmentStrong hands-on experience with COBOL and CICSExperience with JCL, VSAM, and DB2Knowledge of IBM z/OS operating systemFamiliarity with batch and online processing conceptsStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsExperience with version control and change management toolsGood understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesStrong communication and teamwork skillsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
