Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:Demonstrate a proficiency in delivering high-quality age-specific patient careDevelop effective working relationships with all members of the ASC and ClinicCommunicates information effectively, appropriately, and with courtesy regarding patient conditions to those who require the information, including physicians, anesthesia, management, staff, patients, families, and visitorsPerform safe and competent operative nursing care in accordance with the organization's policies and proceduresPerform safe and competent operating room nursing care according to the organization's policy & procedures & AORN (Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses) standards and or ASPAN (American Society of Peri Anesthesia Nursing) standardsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Associate of Science in Nursing, or higher (ASN)Texas RN licenseValid and current Texas RN licenseAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)2+ years of experience as a RN in Operating RoomSingle service line experienceDriver's License and access to reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)RN experience in Pre-Op, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Emergency Room (ER), Infusion Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital settingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment.
