*BONUS ELIGIBLE POSITION* Registered Nurse Job, 12 Hours Night Shift (7p-7:30a), Med Surg 4 North Powers Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for 4 North to work nights at Community Hospital in Munster, IN. The 4 North Unit is a 24 hour medical/surgical unit located on the fourth floor of the hospital.# Patients over the age of 12 years may be admitted to this unit; however the average age is 65.#Most common types of patients admitted to 4 North include patients with respiratory conditions, fever, dehydration, renal failure, electrolyte imbalance, gastrointestinal conditions, post CVA, wound infection, orthopedic cases and general surgical cases.## Registered Nurse Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for implementing, directing, communicating and documenting the nursing process. Provides a safe environment for patients, visitors and associates. Practices in accordance with current established standards of care, the Nurse Practice Act, the Community Healthcare System policies and procedures, and supports the mission and philosophy of#PH#by providing the highest quality care.
