Call Mon-Sun 7a-7a VAD callClinic: Mon-Thu 1p-5p, Fri 8a-12pInpatient VAD Rounding/Heart Failure consults: Mon-Thu 8a-12p, Fri 1p-5pScope: Advanced Heart Failure and VAD Clinic + Inpatient rounding/consults + callVolume: Clinic: 10 PPD. Inpatient: 2 consults/day. Call: 1 VAD admission/weekEMR: EpicSupport: CVICU Fellow support and RN support for VAD call, clinic, and Heart Failure Consults/VAD roundsHospital: Level 1 Trauma, 478 bedsRequire: Board Certified/Eligible Cardiovascular Disease, Prefer Advanced Heart Fellowship Trained, GA or IMLC Compact LicenseCredentialing: 90-120 days1099 Independent ContractA+ Malpractice CoverageFull travel/housing providedCompetitive Hourly Pay, negotiated on your behalf
