Talent Acquisition Specialist
Position Purpose The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with Baltimore Aircoil Company's (BAC) hiring teams to deliver full life-cycle recruitment across technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles. This role is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, shaping a positive hiring experience, and positioning BAC as an employer of choice. You will develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, leverage data and technology (including AI-enabled tools), and influence both candidates and hiring leaders to drive strong hiring outcomes while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies aligned to workforce needsServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by setting expectations, sharing market insight, and guiding hiring decisionsLead full life-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and closeBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, social platforms, and industry networksDeliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience for candidates and hiring teams with clear, timely communicationUse data, reporting, and market trends to improve recruiting effectiveness and speed to hireLeverage AI and recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall efficiencyCoordinate offer development and negotiation to secure top talentEnsure compliance with employment laws, OFCCP requirements, and company policiesSupport hiring events, site visits, and recruiting initiatives as needed Nature & Scope Reports to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Leader, Global Coordination, and supports hiring across multiple functions and locations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist operates in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities driven by business demand and growth.
