Discover all that we offer and join our winning team.About The OpportunityThe People & Culture Specialist serves as the Talent Acquisition Champion within our People & Culture Center of Excellence, playing a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, candidate experience, onboarding, and organizational growth.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building relationships, creating exceptional employee experiences, and helping organizations scale thoughtfully and strategically.You will partner closely with leaders across the organization to help attract, hire, onboard, and support top talent while contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, and operational excellence.What You’ll DoTalent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningServe as the Champion of Talent Acquisition by driving recruiting excellence and building scalable hiring processes aligned with organizational growthPartner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesSource and attract top talent through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and recruiting platformsBuild strong candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboardingTrack recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hireSupport workforce planning initiatives by identifying talent trends, gaps, and future organizational needsEmployee Experience & OperationsCoordinate onboarding activities and support new hire orientation experiencesMaintain employee records and HRIS data within PaycomProcess employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminationsSupport employee relations efforts through documentation, policy guidance, and investigation supportAssist with employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, training coordination, and compliance projectsMaintain confidentiality while supporting employees and leaders with professionalism and careWhat We’re Looking ForStrong passion for Talent Acquisition and People OperationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and recruit for multiple roles simultaneouslyExcellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityExperience working within HRIS systems, Paycom preferredKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesCollaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approachQualificationsAssociate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredEquivalent experience may be considered1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative support experience preferredExperience supporting fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plusWhy Join BAA?At Body Art Alliance, you won’t just support a business, you’ll help shape a culture, influence growth, and contribute to an industry fueled by creativity, innovation, and community.You’ll join a passionate, collaborative team where ideas are welcomed, development is encouraged, and your work truly makes an impact.Come help us build what’s next.
