During that time, we've perfected our products, our team and our process to ensure we meet our customers' expectations.The RoleThe Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist will provide strategic guidance and day-to-day execution of Tekscan HR operations in service of supporting and enabling the success of the high performing workforce of ~60 FTE. This individual will be responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.This full-time individual contributor role requires a minimum of four days in office, and reports to the COO. This individual will be responsible for leading the HR function as well as serving as a strategic advisor to the SLT members by providing expertise, data and advice to enable strategic decision making. This individual will own the development and execution of Tekscan’s HR and People Strategy.This newly created rewarding position offers the right candidate the opportunity to grow with the company. They will mentor and advise team members to enable all Tekscan employees to reach their fullest potential.The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment, has HR, business administration or related degree, has experience in leading and executing with a lean team and has had success developing and implementing organization-wide HR programs and initiatives. The right individual will be a people and values-centric leader ready to be hands-on with fundamental HR support for the organization. This highly visible role is a blend of strategic (approximately 20%) and tactical/hands-on (approximately 80%) responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.Manage relationships with 3rd party payroll and benefit providers. Specifically, ADP Comprehensive Services for Payroll and Hub for benefits. Evaluates and implements ADP modules to improve efficiencies and delivery of HR services. Refine our internal processes.Actively engage with employees at all levels, both formally and informally, to ensure employee satisfaction. Recommend actions to attract, hire and retain employees.Serves as a resource to employees as ADP administrator and assists with resolution of human resources, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.Strengthens HR infrastructure, in areas which include workforce planning, budgeting, performance management, compensation benchmarking, talent reviews and identification, planning and execution of special strategic projects.Supports hiring and on-boarding of new employees.Plans and manages company-wide employee engagement initiatives, including all hands meetings and employee events.Additional projects may be assigned with the goal of supporting and engaging our high-performing team members.Performs other duties upon request.Alignment with ValuesIntegrity and Quality- Deliver on our commitments with product and service excellence and operate in an open, honest and trustful environment.Mission-Driven Teamwork - We have clarity around our missions, goals and plans and respectfully hold one another to a high standard of performance.Innovative Applications - Experts in applying our solutions for maximum impact and embrace exploratory innovation, continuous improvement and adaptive learning.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification a plus).5+ years of experience in an HR role.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.An enthusiastic, collaborative and adaptable workstyle.Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.Experience driving high performing teams, ideally in an entrepreneurial organization and/or a start-up.Proven ability to develop and execute an HR strategy and function. Project management experience is a plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and conflict-resolution skills.Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now is a plus) and MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with AI tools.Able to work both independently and as part of a team.WIT. A willingness to do whatever it takes.Must hold a valid US passport, as international travel may be required once/year. Prior multinational or international company experience a plus.The salary range for this role is $110K to $125K for a 40-hour/week schedule. No sponsorship or relocation is available for this role.
