Portfolio Leader – Banking & Financial ServicesLocation: NJWho are we looking for?A senior delivery executive based out of New Jersey to manage the multi-million portfolio in banking and financial services who has worked in complex delivery environment, maintain & strengthen the relationships with the customer execs, leading the team, owning the P&L, and support growth of the account, Should be closer to technology and understand domain and technology together to provide value to customers. Extensive experience in managing accounts, delivering App Dev, application support and transformation programs. Fluent in communication, proven records of setting up innovation, value driven culture across the organization.Roles and responsibilities:Summary:15 Plus years’ experience in IT ServicesHandled one or more large financial services customer as Tier 1/2 IT services provider, especially with Top BanksHandled 30 to 60 M portfolio, and team size of up to 600- 1000; should have done this at least for last few yearsShould have stable career overall with financial services experience, growing up in the organizationShould have handled T&M, managed services, outcome based large scale transformation programs in application spaceExperience in delivering for Wealth Management and Capital markets area is a plusProven experience in managing Cloud migration, Mainframe modernization, Production support (large scale Application support, L1,L2, L3) type of work for big banksAble to map with C-suite, handled and managed large portfolio of accounts or one or two large accounts. At least 10+ years in demonstrated senior leadership experienceDone large scale transition from other vendors, experienced in winning multiple large RFPs and deals with new customers as well as existing customerWell versed with managing operations & P&L and demonstrated excellence in this spaceExtensive experience in managing portfolio in onsite/offshore model, including experience in hiring for scale (200 to 300 associates in short span of time)Someone who has grown accounts from scratch (grown at least two accounts from scratch)Someone with good pedigree - Education and EmploymentLeadership:Lead the delivery unit in meeting all client commitments and adhering to the project construct, Drive innovations across projects to establish Value Driven DeliveryEnsure all governance and compliance guidelines are upheld and experience in setting up strong performing teamLead strategic & tactical decisions on growing the portfolio, mentoring emerging talent, setup portfolio with 500+ team membersSolution response & Bid Management:Demonstrated experience in managing bids end to endExperience in handling RFP, estimation, solution & winning multiple large deals Client Management:Manage escalations effectively to avoid stakeholder dissatisfaction. Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders effectively.Build relationship with existing & new stakeholders to grow the account, Operations Management:Manage operations to maintain healthy financial parameters– revenue, margins, invoicing, HC movement, account pyramid.Drive pre-sales support Financial:Track financials to ensure projects are within budget and per expectations.Manage P&L to optimize service, client satisfaction and Organization profitability. Qualification:Engineering or similar advanced educational degree.Relevant Work Experience : minimum experience of 15+ years
