Field Specialist - Mechanical Sales ASC is looking for a highly accountable, established sales individual to fill our outside sales opening for a mechanical specialist covering the Northern California, Nevada, Hawaii region. Primary efforts are directed toward established contractors and engineers while partnering with rep agencies and distributors to gain market share within the industry. Utilizing sales knowledge/strategies to grow sales of ASC's family of products, all while earning a competitive base salary plus commissions.Department: SalesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: San Francisco (Remote)Workplace type: Fully remoteCompensation: $95,000 - $125,000 / yearHow You Will Help Excel at demand generation through professionally demonstrating expertise and solutions selling to achieve a sales targetBuild lasting relationships across a broad range of ASC-ES, contractor, engineer, rep agency, distributor and industry constituentsSelect, demonstrate and promote the best ASC-ES product solutions for specific end user applications to various customersPartner with rep agency facing sales team to assure sales closure, incremental product placement and achieve sales targetsDevelop new contractor and project prospects pipeline for the ASC-ES full product linesEstablish expertise and train key decision makers and users to ensure company-wide buy in for ASC-ES productsAct as the front-line champion for the success of ASC-ES new product rolloutsIntegrate into local trade organizations and associations to leverage contractor relationships for demand generationBe the product team's eyes/ears about what is happening in the field from contractors.
