Senior Front-End Developer (React Native/React)

Senior Front-End Developer We’re looking for a senior-level front-end developer with strong React Native + React experience to help update and extend an enterprise design system/component library supporting an upcoming major release. You’ll contribute to scalable architecture decisions across mobile and web, uphold high standards for code quality and performance, and collaborate closely with product, UX, QA, and backend engineering. What You'll Do: Build and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications with a focus on performance, usability, and reliability Contribute to and evolve a shared component library/design system Ensure cross-platform and responsive behavior (web + iOS/Android) Write clean, readable, type-safe, well-documented code Participate in and lead code reviews; help uphold engineering standards Coordinate releases and work across squads/teams Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts, data models, and integration patterns Translate product and user needs into scalable technical designs and implementation plans What We're Looking For: Required Skills: 5+ years building web and/or mobile applications 3+ years hands-on experience with React Native and React Strong TypeScript skills and modern JavaScript fundamentals Experience with responsive UI, accessibility standards, and UI/UX best practices Experience consuming REST/JSON APIs and working with backend integrations Familiarity with distributed agile teams Strong understanding of React Native optimization for iOS/Android (performance tuning, offline storage, threading, etc.) Other Requirements: This is a fully remote position Candidates should be prepared to share their GitHub portfolio or relevant project links at least 48 hours before the interview Must have access to a suitable development environment to run and demo applications during interviews #CCI
