Web Developer

*Job Overview* We’re seeking a *Web Developer* with strong WordPress experience and the ability to work across a mix of modern and legacy systems. This role includes building and maintaining WordPress sites, supporting experimental AI projects, maintaining some legacy .NET applications, and managing AWS infrastructure. And you gotta be like super chill. You don’t need to be an expert in every tool we use—but you should be comfortable collaborating in *Figma* and working with or around *Webflow* projects when needed. Above all, we value people who communicate well, take ownership, and are genuinely good to work with. *Responsibilities* * Build, customize, and maintain *WordPress websites* * Support and experiment with *AI-related development projects* * Maintain and update *legacy .NET applications* * Manage hosting, deployments, and infrastructure in *AWS* * Collaborate with designers using *Figma* * Work within or alongside *Webflow* projects as needed * Partner with teammates across design, development, and strategy * Troubleshoot issues and proactively improve systems *Qualifications* * *5+ years of professional development experience* * Strong experience with *WordPress* (themes, plugins, performance, security) * Working knowledge of *AWS* (hosting, deployment, infrastructure basics) * Experience working with *.NET* applications * Comfortable reviewing designs in *Figma* * Familiarity with *Webflow* (not required to be an expert) * Self-starter with strong time management skills * Clear communicator and collaborative teammate *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience with experimental or emerging technologies * Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or automation workflows * Background in maintaining legacy systems * Familiarity with CRMs like Hubspot * Is very chill *Work Environment & Culture* * Small, collaborative team * Emphasis on respect, clarity, and low ego * We care deeply about hiring someone who is pleasant to work with and contributes positively to the team Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dallas, TX 75218
