Overview In this role you will design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions as part of a global IT delivery team. You will implement CRM capabilities on Force.com, build complex business logic with Apex and Visualforce, and integrate Salesforce with external systems. You will drive deployment best practices, governance, and secure integration across environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions that enable business outcomes. This is a hands-on, technically diverse position with opportunities to shape integration patterns and platform improvements. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Salesforce apps using Apex, Visualforce, triggers, and controllers.Design and implement SOAP/REST web services and API integrations with on-premise systems.Manage deployments and packaging via Metadata API, ChangeSets, and Ant across Sandbox to Production.Guide security, coding standards, and best practices for Salesforce development and integrations.Handle data migration tasks and use tools like Data Loader and Ant Scripts.Create and customize reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.Support integration with third-party tools (CastIron/Boomi) and ensure governor limits are respected.Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and contribute to technical strategy. Key requirements2+ years implementing CRM solutions on Salesforce Force.com platform (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).3+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers).Experience with deployment and packaging using Metadata API, ChangeSets, and Ant.Strong understanding of governor limits and Salesforce integration patterns.Experience with SOAP/REST web services and WSDL generation.Hands-on with Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX toolkit.Experience migrating customizations from Sandbox to Production and implementing security measures.Familiarity with Wave Analytics, Lightning, and latest Salesforce product launches (big plus).Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global delivery environment.team collaborationanalytical thinkingstrong written and verbal communicationApexVisualforceSOQL
