Overview In this role you will deliver CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform, aligning technical delivery with client requirements and system integration. You will work within a global delivery context to implement, customize, and optimize Salesforce Deployments, including data migration, integration, and analytics. You will shape technical strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive robust, scalable solutions that meet business rules and security standards. This is a hands-on developer role with exposure to cutting-edge Salesforce features and integrations. ResponsibilitiesImplement Salesforce CRM solutions including Force.com platform, Sales Cloud and Service CloudDevelop Apex, Visualforce, triggers, controllers, and web services to meet complex business requirementsManage deployments and packaging using Metadata API, ChangeSet, and AntIntegrate Salesforce with on-premise systems via WebServices and third-party toolsDevelop and consume SOAP/REST web services and generate WSDLsMigrate customizations from Sandbox to Production and customize reports/dashboards/workflowsUtilize tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant scripts, AJAX toolkitEnsure governance of governor limits and adhere to coding standards and security practicesCollaborate in a global delivery environment with diverse stakeholdersTranslate functional requirements into technical strategy and demonstrable solutionsFamiliarity with Wave Analytics, Lightning and latest Salesforce product launches is a plus Key requirements2–3 years of Salesforce development and CRM implementation experienceStrong Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, and batch processes knowledgeExperience with Salesforce deployment and packaging (Metadata API, ChangeSet, Ant)Experience with Force.com integration (WebServices, third-party tools) and on-premise systems integrationSOAP/REST web services development and WSDL generationSOQL/SOSL, workflows, and data migration using Data LoaderExperience with tools like Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX toolkitBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 4+ years IT experienceExcellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a global delivery environmentteam collaborationstrong communicationanalytical thinkingApexVisualforceSOQL/SOSL
