This role offers hands-on experience across complex patent disputes and direct collaboration with senior trial lawyers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.BIG LAW BACKGROUND PREFERREDMUST BE BARRED IN NEW YORKMUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF PATENT LITIGATIONWhat You'll Do as the Intellectual Property Litigation Associate:Support all phases of patent litigation, from pre-suit strategy through trialManage document production, review workflows, and discovery processesParticipate in meet and confers and help drive discovery strategyTake and defend depositions alongside senior attorneysWork with technical experts to develop and refine expert reportsDraft motions, legal memoranda, and persuasive briefsContribute to PTAB proceedings, including inter partes reviews, as applicableMust-Haves as the Intellectual Property Litigation Associate:2-5 years of patent litigation experience at a law firm or IP boutiqueStrong technical background with a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferredJ.D. and active admission to the New York BarExcellent academic credentialsStrong written and verbal communication skillsNice-to-Haves as the Intellectual Property Litigation Associate:Experience with PTAB proceedings, including inter partes reviewsUSPTO admissionBackground in software, engineering, or computer networkingOur Client Offers:Competitive base salary ranging from $225,000 - $325,000 depending on experienceExposure to high-profile, cross-border IP disputesDirect mentorship from experienced trial attorneysAccelerated professional development opportunitiesCollaborative, high-performance team environmentStrong platform in technology, life sciences, and complex litigation
