We value a strong work ethic, teamwork focused mentality, attention to detail, and a passion for craft brewing.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Craft Brewer & Cellar Worker to assist with all aspects of beer production, from grain to glass. This hands-on role supports daily brewing operations, cellar work, packaging, and general brewery maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesBrewhouse Duties:Assist with milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, and wort transferFollow brew recipes and production schedulesMonitor and record brew day dataClean and sanitize brewhouse equipmentCellar DutiesMonitor fermentation and record gravity, temperature, and pHPerform dry hopping, yeast harvesting, tank transfers and centrifugingClean and sanitize fermenters and brite tanks (CIP)Assist with carbonation and clarificationPackaging & WarehouseSupport kegging, canning, and bottling operationsClean and maintain kegsLabeling and packaging finished productMaintain organized and sanitary workspaceAssist with inventory and raw material handlingQualificationsPrior brewery experience preferred but not requiredStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to lift 55+ lbs and work on feet for extended periodsComfortable working in wet, hot, and cold environmentsAbility to follow safety and sanitation protocolsTeam-oriented with good communication skillsPreferred (Not Required)Formal brewing educationForklift certificationMechanical aptitudeCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage (based on experience)Benefits if applicable: health insurance, PTO and monthly beer allowanceOpportunities for growth within the companyAnd MORE…..How To ApplyPlease send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in craft brewing to jobs@calicraft.com.
