Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities: Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of the project Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables Manage contract administration responsibilities Coordinate with a variety of consultants Internal Staff Coordination Qualifications: Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture is required 7+ years of experience in construction administration CA experience in multifamily wood construction specifically Type 3 and type 5 construction required Professional registration or anticipation of registration is preferred Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment Display strengths in technical excellence Strong and effective organizational and communication skills Confident presentation ability Revit or AutoCAD proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.
