Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Job Description Assist in supervising daily construction activities to support safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Enforce site safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment. Monitor project progress, identify issues early, and help prevent schedule delays. Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and resolve concerns. Support multifamily construction operations, ensuring building systems, unit layouts, and site logistics meet multifamily project requirements.
