HRIS Analyst

With a strong presence across North America, they offer a dynamic environment for professionals looking to grow and make a measurable impact.Role Summary The Sr. HRIS Analyst is a critical member of the HR technology team, responsible for driving data integrity, reporting, and system functionality. This role supports strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights across payroll, benefits, compensation, and workforce analytics.This position will focus heavily on advanced reporting, system configuration, and data auditing within HR systems. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, support system implementations, and ensure the accuracy and security of HR data.Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain complex HR reports related to payroll, compensation, turnover, and benefits • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership • Perform system audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity • Configure and maintain HRIS systems including back-end settings and data tables • Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across HR platforms • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and benefits teams to ensure proper system functionality • Create and update documentation including SOPs and user guides • Interpret system release notes and communicate updates to stakeholders • Partner with leadership to assess reporting needs and develop solutions that support business objectivesKey Requirements • 3 to 5 plus years of HRIS or HR analytics experience with heavy reporting responsibilities • Advanced Excel skills including pivots, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and macros • Strong experience with UKG and Cognos BI reporting tools • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and build meaningful reports and dashboards • Experience supporting HR system implementations and enhancements • Understanding of core HR functions including payroll, benefits, and compensation • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data to various levels of leadership • Professional maturity and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyCall to Action If you are a data-driven HRIS professional looking to take ownership of reporting and analytics in a high-impact environment, we encourage you to apply today.
